Location: Virtual  Department: Software Development

We are seeking a senior software developer to join our team as we continue to grow in order to meet client demand. The primary work location will be in London, UK with the possibility of client work anywhere in the Europe corridor.

Candidates should be familiar with developing solutions using the Microsoft technology stack.

Skills/Attributes Required

  • Good communications and presentation skills
  • 5+ years of software development experience overall
  • In-depth experience building applications using ASP .NET/VB .NET/ C#
  • In-depth knowledge of SQL Server
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and computer science foundations, such as memory management and low-level algorithm performance
  • Ability to grasp concepts quickly and work independently
  • Ability to proactively meet commitments with minimal intervention from Project Manager
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is a necessity

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related area is preferred
  • Microsoft certifications are a plus

  • Ability to build medium to long term business strategy and product portfolio
  • Ability to work collaboratively with development teams and customer side
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent organization management skills with attention to detail
  • Willing and able to travel up to 30% of the time, including occasional international travel
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Responsible for developing short and long-term business development strategies and plans for the UK market that ensures attainment of our international sales goals and profitability
  • Developing go to market strategies for the UK Fin-Tech market
  • Recruiting strategically named Technology sector accounts
  • Achieving pre-defined sales targets in addition to ensuring customer satisfaction and sales sustainability
  • Controlling expenses and marketing costs to meet budget guidelines
  • Developing strong, long term customer relationships with assigned industry organizations to maximize resource and financial investments
  • Timely recapping monthly/quarterly sales results with management.

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Implementing successful sales strategy to increase market share within the UK market
  • Responsible for developing long-term business development strategies for the UK market and ensure your business development team meets sales goals.
  • Executing go to market strategies for the UK Fin-Tech market
  • Achieving pre-defined sales targets in addition to ensuring customer satisfaction and sales sustainability
  • Developing strong brand presence within the UK market
  • Managing complex sales cycle with new customers by mapping out decision-making and approval processes, compressing timelines, negotiating contracts and closing business
  • Timely recapping monthly/quarterly sales results with management.
